The Town of East Bridgewater, MA is developing a plan to transform the former Precise Engineering property on 54 West Union Street and the adjacent former Eastern States Steel property at 36 Cook Street.

This project will analyze the properties’ current conditions and development potential to identify ways the Town can facilitate their development to most benefit the community.
